coreSTORE Advanced - Orders: Establishing Auto Fulfillment for Memberships



In this guide, we will cover how to create an Auto Order Processing Fulfillment for the membership types you are establishing. The first step is ensuring you have created an applicable order status.

1. Click on Orders



First, navigate to the Orders menu option on the Admin page of your coreFORCE backend.

2. Click on Settings



Under the Orders menu, locate the Settings submenu.

3. Click on Automatic Processing Controls



Under Settings, locate the Automatic Processing Controls menu.

4. Click on ADD



On the Automatic Processing dashboard, click the Add button in the top-right corner.

5. Description



Provide your processing control with a unique description, such as Membership Fulfillment, to ensure it is easily identifiable.

6. Click on Conditions



Once your description is established, navigate to the Conditions tab.

7. Contains Only Products in Department



In the Conditions section, locate the Contains ONLY products in department option and set this to your membership department category. This ensures that orders containing only membership items will be marked as completed.

Please note: If an order includes other items, such as firearms, you will need to fulfill those items separately along with the membership item in your order processing workflow.

8. Click on Actions



Once the condition is established, navigate to the Actions tab.

9. Set Order Status



On the Actions tab, select the order status you set up for fulfilled memberships. This will trigger the Mark as Complete setting established for this status, automatically marking the order as complete and fulfilled.

10. Save



Click Save to finalize your changes.
