Go under 'Products > Products' and search for the product you want to hide.
Click on the " Shipping " tab and from there you can add restricted areas by both State level and zip code.
For example: For Texas you would write in "CA" to block the whole state.
You can also set these rules on not only the product level, but the department and category level as well.
To mass-restrict Departments, go to Products > Departments. Upon the table showing up, select the item you want to mass-restrict, and then click the Restrictions tab.
To mass-restrict categories, go to Products > Taxonomy > Categories > Restrictions tab.
To mass-restrict state-specific products but with different manufacturers, categories, and/or departments, you can check *this article**.
