You can modify Backend CSS by adding a management CSS File

Management CSS File

Under the Website menu under the Templates menu click the CSS Files option and add a new file. IMPORTANT the Code for this CSS file must be MANAGEMENT.

Example content for the file:

#_sidebar.visible #_logo { background-color: rgb(0,0,0); }
