coreFORCE - Orders: How can we offer free shipping on a product?

To do this go to 'Products' > 'Promotions'
Add a new record, and name it something logical. Under requirements you can choose the 'Manufacturer' and 'Product Department' that would qualify for this particular promotion.
Under Rewards scroll all the way down and choose the Shipping charge that you are waiving, and then enter the price of 0 for the shipping charge.
