coreFORCE - Orders: Deleting Orders and Order Statuses
coreFORCE Advanced and Enterprise Only
The system only recognizes certain order status that it will take action on. There can be any number of order statuses set up but they do not necessarily have meaning to the system.
One primary example is the order status of canceled, this status is often used but it is only a reference point for the user to know that the order has been canceled, the system will still allocate inventory to the order until it is "Deleted". For this reason it is important to delete canceled orders.
You can still see these orders using the filter in the Orders Dashboard, by deselecting the "Hide Deleted" checkbox.
If you delete an order by mistake you can "Undelete" it by clicking the Undelete button that takes the place of the Delete button when an order has been deleted.
