coreFORCE - Memberships: Skipping missed payments on recurring membership renewal

This is a preference called RECURRING_PAYMENT_SKIP_MISSED, which will skip over an missed recurring payments, meaning the customer will not be billed for prior missed payments.
When a customer has had trouble with their payment (ie: expired credit card) and had to update their card to renew their membership they will not be charged for the months they missed while the payment method was inactive.
You can turn this on in:
System > Client Preferences
Click "Add" and then select "Skip Missed Recurring Payments"
Leave the Preface Qualifier blank
For the "Client Setting" field select "True"
