coreFORCE - Integrations: Setting up Credova
coreFORCE Advanced and Enterprise Only
Credova Financial is a consumer financing platform that integrates directly into the online checkout process providing customers multiple financing options with a single application. This allows your customers to use financing on purchases over $300 upon being approved.
Contact Credova directly for your API credentials.
If you're not yet signed up with Credova, you can sign up as a merchant by submitting a merchant inquiry form Here. Additionally, feel fee to call 833-273-3682 to speak to a Credova merchant onboarding specialist today.
Enter your username and API key in the Credova tab in Orders -> Setup
Make sure you put your API key and NOT your password here. The API key is generated by Credova and is very long with lots of special characters.
Next, Create the Payment Method Type "CREDOVA" and a Payment Method using that type also called CREDOVA.
Additional Notes
The rest should take care of itself. Credova won’t show up on products with a price less than $300.
Nothing else really needs to be set for the payment method other than what's shown above. The minimum amount field doesn't need to be set because the $300 minimum is actually hard-coded on the Credova side. Credova will give an error if you try to use it for something less than $300. On the other hand, if you don't even want Credova to show up in the payment dropdown at checkout, you could set the minimum amount here.
