coreFORCE - Classes & Events: How can I let customers change their event reservations?

To allow your customers to cancel registrations or change the date/time of their reservations, you'll need to go to set this directly in the Event Type.

Go to Events & Facilities -> Events -> Event Types.

To enable either of these options, you need to make sure there is a numeric value in the "Change Days" and/or "Cancellation Days" fields.

These fields indicate the number of days before the event that changes are no longer allowed to be made by the customer. These events could still be modified by admin users up until the event starts.

 

Your customers will now be able to go to [](https://mygunstoreURL.com/my-account)[](https://mygunstoreURL.com/my-account)[https://mygunstoreURL.com/my-account](https://mygunstoreURL.com/my-account)[](https://mygunstoreURL.com/my-account)[](https://mygunstoreURL.com/my-account) or they can simply click on their name while logged in, click on "My Event Registrations" (or similar wording) where they will be able to either cancel their registrations or change the date/time of their registrations.



If a registration fee was paid by the customer, a gift card will be issued in the amount of the fees, rather than processing the refund.
