How to Add Facility Reservations to Your Event in coreFORCE



Efficiently managing facility reservations for your events in coreFORCE is essential for smooth event planning and resource allocation. This guide will walk you through the steps to view, add, and manage facility reservations, ensuring your events are well-organized and all necessary facilities are booked.

Benefits of Using Facility Reservations



Facility reservations are particularly useful if you have a class that spans multiple days, such as a Pistol course, or if you need to update or add reservations after the initial setup.

Viewing and Managing Your Facility Reservations



View Your Current Reservations
Locate the event you want to adjust and navigate to the Reservations tab. Here, you'll see any existing facility reservations for that event.

Note: Clicking the trash icon to the right of a reservation will instantly delete it without a warning. Delete reservations with caution.



Add New Facility Reservations
Go to the Reserve Facilities tab to make a new reservation for your event. Remember to click SAVE once you're done.



Confirm and Manage Reservations
After saving, return to the Reservations tab to view your new facility reservation(s). If you no longer need the originally scheduled facilities, delete any outdated reservations.
