coreFORCE Advanced - Orders - Establishing Fulfilled Membership Status for Automatic Fulfilment Process
In this guide, we will cover how to create a new order status for automated order processing of memberships. This status will flag any orders containing membership items only as Fulfilled and Complete.

- Click on Orders
First, navigate to the Orders menu on your coreFORCE Admin Page.
- Click on Settings
Locate the Settings submenu under the Orders menu.
- Click on Order Status
Next, locate the Order Status submenu under the Settings submenu.
- Order Status Dashboard
On the Order Status Dashboard, you will see all your previously established status codes.
- Click on ADD
To create a new order status, click the Add button in the top-right corner.
- Order Status Code
Enter a unique Status Code, such as Membership Fulfilled, for your new status.
- Description
It’s recommended to use the same text for your Status Code and Description to avoid any confusion in the future.
- Customer Email
If you want the customer to receive an email when the membership order is placed and automatically fulfilled, select the appropriate email template for your client.
- Mark Completed
Locate the Mark Completed setting. Enabling this option will allow the order to be marked as complete when switched to this status, either manually or through automatic processing.
- Click on SAVE
Click Save to finalize the new order status for memberships.
