coreFORCE Advanced - Memberships : Pausing A Membership From A Customers Perspective




This guide outlines the steps for assisting your client in pausing their membership via coreFORCE, enabling you to effectively guide them through the process over the phone.

1. Locate My Account




Instruct your client to navigate to the My Account link on your customer-facing website.

2. Click on Manage subscriptions




Under the client’s Account Info, have them click on Manage Subscriptions.

3. Click on PAUSE NOW




Click on the pause now button to pause your current subscription.

If the subscription link is not visible on the account page, you’ll need to enable these pages. Navigate to Orders > Setup > Pages in your coreFORCE Admin Panel and ensure the necessary pages are activated.
