coreFORCE Advanced - Memberships: Pausing a Clients Membership
This guide explains the process of marking a client’s membership as paused using the Admin Menu in coreFORCE.
1. Click on Contacts
Navigate to the Contacts menu on your coreFORCE Admin Page.
2. Click on Contacts
Locate the Contacts submenu under the Contacts menu on the coreFORCE Admin Page.
3. Contact Search
Use the search bar to find the client whose membership you want to pause.
4. Select Customer
After locating the client in the search results, click on their information to open their Contact Record.
5. Click on Member Tab
In the Contact Details, navigate to the Member tab to view the client’s subscription information.
Please Note: With the latest changes to coreFORCE you now have the ability to mark the clients membership paused right from the member tab of the contact screen.
6. Subscriptions Section
In the Subscriptions section, click on the Membership Name to open the Contact Subscription Maintenance page for this client.
7. Click on Paused by customer
Find the Paused by Customer option and check the box to pause the subscription.
8. Click on Notes
You may also want to use the Note field to log any additional pertinent information about the paused subscription.
9. Click on SAVE
Click Save to finalize the paused subscription.
