coreFORCE Advanced - Memberships: Canceling a Clients Membership
This guide explains how to cancel a membership for a customer on your coreFORCE site.
Optional but Recommended: If the Recurring Payment ID is associated with the contact subscription, set the End Date to today to prevent any recurring payment attempts on the next billing date.
1. Click on Contacts
First navigate to the contacts menu on your coreforce admin page.
2. Click on Contacts
Next, select the Contacts submenu located under the Contacts main menu.
3. Customer Search
Use the search bar to locate the client whose subscription you wish to cancel.
4. Select The Customer
When the search results appear, click on the customer to open their Contact Record.
5. Click on Member
Go to the Member tab within the Contact Record to view the client’s active subscriptions.
In the Member tab, you can view the client’s active subscriptions and associated recurring payments.
Please Note: With the latest changes to coreFORCE you now have the ability to mark the clientes membership inactive right from the member tab of the contact screen.
6. Subscription Details
Click on the subscription to take to the contact subscription mainteance page here we can set the subscription as inactive.
7. Click on Inactive
On the Contact Subscription Maintenance page, locate the Inactive checkbox and select it to mark the membership as inactive.
8. Click on Recurring Payment ID
Click on the Recurring Payment ID to modify the payment record and add an End Date.

9. Click on End Date
Find the End Date field and enter today’s date to finalize the cancellation.
