coreSTORE - Work Orders: Modifying An Existing Work Order
This guide offers detailed instructions on how to modify an existing work order in coreSTORE. By following these steps, you can update and manage work orders effectively, ensuring that all necessary changes are accurately reflected. By the end of this guide, you will be proficient in modifying work orders, enabling better organization and tracking of ongoing tasks and repairs within the system.
Click on Work Orders
Let's get started! First, head over to the work order section on the left-hand side of your screen.
Click on Dashboard
Find your repair in a flash! Within the work order section, click on the "Dashboard" submenu to see a list of all your current and completed work orders.
Click on Edit
Spot your repair! Once you have your list of work orders, find the one you want to modify and simply click on it. This will open the menu with editing options.

Update your repair details here! This menu lets you make adjustments to your work order. Need to change the status, add parts or labor, jot down some notes, or include images? No problem, it's all here!
Finalize Changes
All set! Once you've made your edits, just click "Done" to save your changes and keep your repair on track.
