coreSTORE - Work Orders: Creating Custom Work Order Statuses
In this getting started guide, we will cover how to add custom work order statuses in your coreSTORE system.
- Click on Work Orders
In the left-hand navigation menu, click on "Work Orders."
- Click on Statuses
In the work order submenu, select "Statuses."
- Manage Statuses
Here you can identify your previously established work order options.
- Click on Add Status
Clicking on "Add Status" will allow you to set up your own custom status that is not supplied by coreSTORE.
- Work Order Status Setup
Below, you can control how the status reacts, including the description, customer notifications, and whether the item is being shipped back to the supplier.
