coreSTORE - Sales: Turning a Special Order into a Purchase Order

If you have created a Special Order for a customer, you may want to convert that into a Purchase Order. You can do that by clicking on the "Create PO" button on the receipt screen of the Special Order. Follow the steps below!

1. Click on Sales
   

2. Click on Suspended Sales
   

3. Click on the Special Order POS that you want to turn into a Purchase Order.
   

4. Tip - Filter your suspended sales!

If you want to find your Special Order more quickly, you can use the search box, or filter by Suspended Sales types.

5. Click on Create PO
   

6. That will bring in the item/s into the PO & Receiving module to create the purchase order.
