coreSTORE - Sales: Selling a Series Item
In this guide, we will cover how to sell a series item to a client so that it appears as a redeemable option for future use under the customer's account.
To sell our series item, first navigate to the Sales module and select New Sale, or you can use the quick button on the dashboard to jump directly into a new sale.

On the right-hand side of your sales screen, ensure that you select the customer purchasing the product. If they do not already exist in the system, you can use the Driver's License icon to scan their license and create the customer.

In the item search screen, locate your series item. In this example, we are using the Spa Treatment Package created in the previous guide.

In the Item Details section of the sales screen, you can quickly and easily identify that this is a series item by the Series Quantity line, as highlighted in the screenshot.

Once all the item information is correctly populated in the sale, you can select the payment type on the right-hand side, or click the Continue button to view more payment options.

In the Payment Types section, select the payment option and click Add Payment. If you would like to split payments, adjust the amount, select the payment method, and click Add Payment. Then, choose the payment method for the remaining balance.

Click on Complete Sale to finalize the transaction.

After the sale is completed, you will have the option to review the receipt. From here, you can choose to print, email, or, if using Twilio, send an SMS.
