coreSTORE - Sales: Redeeming a Series Item

In this guide, we will cover the process of redeeming a series item that has been sold to a customer.

1. Customers Sub-menu

Navigate to the Customers sub-menu located under the Sales module.

2. Locate The Customer

Locate the customer in your Customer List and click on the 3-Dot Action Menu next to the Edit action.

3. Click on Redeem Series

Click on Redeem Series to display all redeemable series items the customer has purchased.

4. Series Dashboard

On the Series Dashboard, you can quickly view all the series products the customer has purchased, including the sold date, remaining quantity, and the expiration date of the redemptions.

5. Redeem

Locate the Redeem button next to the series package you wish to redeem for this customer.

6. Redemption Notification

A notification will appear, asking you to verify the redemption. Click OK to finalize the process.

7. Verifying Redemption

You will now see that the Quantity Remaining has been updated correctly after the redemption.
