coreSTORE - Sales: Emailing Payment Links in coreSTORE
The online payment system simplifies layaway and invoice payments for both businesses and customers. Secure payment links can be sent directly to customers, allowing them to conveniently pay with their preferred credit or debit card.
There are two places to email a payment link: from the receipt after generating a suspended sale, and in the suspended sales list. First we'll demonstrate sending from the suspended sales list.
Note: In order to send the payment link, you'll need to have the customer's email address inside of their customer record.
Click on Sales
Click on Suspended Sales
Click on E-Mail Payment Link
And this is where to email the payment link straight from the receipt screen after you have generated that suspended sale:
