coreSTORE - Purchasing: Navigating the Purchasing Dashboard
The Purchasing Dashboard allows you to view all items that have been on a Purchase Order, Transfer or Receiving in or between your store locations.
To view this, go to Purchasing > Dashboard.
In here you can view existing Purchase Orders, Receiving's and Transfers. You can also start a new one from this screen as well.
Purple:</u> The purple fields are used to filter the grid by a specific Transaction Type or Inventory Item. You can also choose to see "Completed" items and items at "All Locations" via the checkboxes.
Red:</u> These buttons are used to take you into the Purchasing > PO & Receiving screen to start the process based on the option you click.
Orange: These buttons are used to view the specific "Transaction Type" you wish to look at.
Blue:</u> This button is used to choose what columns appear on the "Dashboard" screen. All columns that are enabled will be displayed in the "Green" highlighted box.
Green:</u> This are all the columns of information pertaining to the specific "Transaction Type" you can use the "+" sign on the far-left to view the specific inventory items attached to that transaction type.
