coreSTORE - Payments - 3rd Party Merchants

Regarding the in-store credit card transactions for coreSTORE, you have the option to use either FluidPay or Bluedog. To proceed, your merchant will need to be able to reprogram your existing terminal to work with one of these gateways. Once your terminal has been successfully programmed, you will need to obtain the API keys and the Terminal ID directly from your merchant. These credentials are essential for integrating with our third-party merchant partners in coreSTORE. For the setup within coreSTORE, please follow these steps:

Next, for each register where you intend to use the credit card machine:

After completing these steps, you should be able to process credit card transactions directly within coreSTORE by initiating a New Sale.

1. Navigate to Company > Locations.

2. Select Edit.

3. Go to Registers & Terminals.

4. Check the box for Config Credit Card Processing.

5. Click on Credit Card Processor and choose either FluidPay or Bluedog.

6. Enter the API keys provided by your merchant.

7. Click Save.

8. Enter the Terminal ID into the designated field.

9. Click Save.

Note: Coreware does not provide support for credit card machines that were not purchased directly from us. If you’re experiencing issues related to your credit cards or with the API and Terminal ID provided, please reach out to your merchant for further assistance.
