coreSTORE- Memberships: Configuring coreSTORE to use coreFORCE Memberships



This guide explains how to configure coreSTORE to sell memberships and subscriptions connected to your coreFORCE platform. Proper setup ensures that memberships purchased online or in-store are synchronized, tracked, and managed efficiently across both platforms.

1. Click on Settings



To begin configuring your coreSTORE platform, navigate to the Company menu on the left-hand navigation panel, then select the Settings submenu.

2. Click on Memberships/Subscriptions



In the Settings area, locate the Memberships/Subscriptions menu. This section contains the configurations necessary to enable and manage memberships and subscriptions within coreSTORE.

3. Sell Subscriptions/Memberships



Ensure that the Sell Subscriptions/Memberships option is enabled.

4. Provider



In the Provider field, select coreFORCE as the provider. This ensures that coreSTORE communicates directly with coreFORCE for managing subscriptions and payment information accurately.

5. Require Email Address



Enable Require Email Address to ensure that all membership contacts have the necessary contact information for seamless integration and communication between coreSTORE and coreFORCE. This is critical for accurate record-keeping and subscription management.

6. Button Caption



Set a Button Caption for your memberships to define how they will appear on your sales screen.

7. Click on Save



Click Save to finalize your changes and apply the updated membership configuration.
