coreSTORE - Inventory: Serial Number Tab



In this guide, we will cover the settings and fields of the Item Detail Serial Number tab. Please note, this tab is only available if the corresponding item is flagged as a serialized item.

1. Serial Numbers Tab



Please ensure you have selected the Serial Number tab in your item details.

2. Bulk Price Update



Using the Bulk Price Update button allows you to mark up all your serial numbers by a certain percentage, providing flexibility for mass serial pricing changes. Keep in mind that if you want to use serial number pricing, you'll need to enable this setting under Company > Settings and search for Use Serial Pricing.

3. Show All Locations



The Show All Locations checkbox allows you to display all serial numbers across every location, not just those assigned to the location you are currently working from.

4. Serial Number Column



The serial number column is going to list all the serial numbers that fall under this product.

5. Cost Column



The Cost column displays the corresponding cost for each serial number, offering you the flexibility to receive used or worn items at different cost levels.

6. Price Column



The Price column indicates the selling price of the specified serial number.

7. Location Column



The Location column shows where the serial number is currently located. By default, you will only see your current location unless you check the option to Show All Locations.

8. In Stock



The In Stock column displays whether the item is in stock or has been sold.

9. Sale Id



The Sale ID column provides the option to click on the sale receipt if the serial number has been sold.
