coreSTORE - Inventory: Locations Tab

In this guide, we will explore the power of coreSTORE for multi-location item management. We will cover the settings available at the location level for a specified item.

Select the Locations tab for your selected inventory item.

The Total section provides a quick breakdown of information across all your locations. Here, you can view the current inventory values, along with historical data such as last year's totals, month-to-date figures, received date, and more.

The Specified Location section provides a detailed breakdown of information for that specific location. You can view the current inventory values, along with historical data such as last year's totals, month-to-date figures, received date, and more, all specific to the selected location.

Clicking on the Location drop-down will provide additional options specific to this item at the selected location.

At the location level, you can specify whether the item is available for purchase at the selected location. You can also define where the product is located within the store, as well as location-specific reorder points, since the product may sell faster in some areas and less frequently in others.

You can also establish location-specific pricing and promotions, and override taxes based on the location where the product is being sold. Additionally, you can create bins to specify the product's bin location at the selected store.
