coreSTORE - Inventory: Importing CSV EXCEL Files To Create Items


  1. Click on highlight ... Menu in Inventory>Items

  1. Click on Excel Import

  1. Select file upload menu to Select your updated Excel list

  1. Select the database field that corresponds to each column. Click on Step 3 when you are finished matching the spreadsheet columns.


You want to check to ensure the spreadsheet column and the Database field match so the File will IMPORT properly.

  1. Click on Cost

  1. Click on Selling Price

  1. Click on List Price

  1. Once verified that they match click on Step 3…

  1. Click on Complete Excel Import

  1. Click on OK and you are done


I would suggest going back and pulling the updated ITEMS back up to confirm updates.
