coreSTORE - Inventory: Creating a Series Item

In this guide, we will go over how to establish a Series Item. A series item allows a customer to purchase a pack of items or services that can be redeemed over a specified period of time. A good example is a massage pack of 10 sessions, where the customer can buy the pack and redeem sessions over time. Our system makes it easy to track these redemptions.

1. Items Submenu

The first step in creating a series item is to navigate to the Inventory menu and select the Items sub-menu.
