coreSTORE - Inventory: Channels Tab



In this guide, we will cover the settings available for your inventory item in the Channels tab, providing you with a better understanding of how to integrate with multiple eCommerce platforms.

1. Channels Tab



Ensure you have selected the Channels option for your preferred item. Please note, this feature may not be available depending on your coreSTORE subscription type.

2. Channels



Here, you will see your currently configured channels. Channels can be found under the Company menu in the Channels sub-menu. In this example, I have WooCommerce linked.

3. Banner Icon



The banner icon indicates the item's publication status:

If the banner is red, the item is not published on your website.

If the banner is green, the item is published and available for sale to your clients.

4. Active Slider



Set the Active slider to Yes if you wish to have this item appear on your selected channel.

5. Categories



Here, you will see the categories mapped to this item based on its coreSTORE categories. To map categories, navigate to the Inventory menu and select the Categories sub-menu. In the top right corner, you will find an option to Map Channel Categories.

6. Item Price



You can define a specific item price for your selected product. This allows you to establish a price for your selling channel that can differ from in-store pricing and other active channels.
