coreSTORE - Getting Started: Work Order Settings

This guide provides a step-by-step overview of configuring work order settings within coreSTORE. You'll learn how to set up notifications for your technicians via email and SMS, ensuring they stay informed of any changes or new work orders. We'll also cover the necessary integration with Twilio for SMS notifications, helping you streamline communication and improve efficiency in managing work orders.


Click on Settings

Navigate to the Company menu, then locate the Settings sub-menu.

Select Work Orders from Jump To Menu

Let's select Work Orders from the Jump To menu.

Work Order Options

In this section, you'll find two options for your work order settings:

Notify Technician Via Email: When enabled, this setting will notify your technician via email of any changes or new work orders created.

Notify Technician Via SMS: For this feature to work, you'll need to have our Twilio integration set up. This will allow technicians to receive notifications via text.
