coreSTORE - Getting Started: Navigating coreSTORE s Chat and AI Features
In this document we will cover how to access the integrated chat and support system for our coreSTORE clients.
- Click on Open chat
In your coreSTORE Instance click on the chat icon to connect to our real time support.
- Chat window pop up
Once you click on the chat icon you will see our build in chat program expand.
- Click on Compose your message...
In compose your message you can insert your question. coreY will then attempt to answer your request. If you want to speak with a human you can ask for an agent, or click the selection to speak to an agent.
- Help
At the top of your chat window you will see a help link. This menu give you access to search our help files.
- Click on Search
Using the search function will allow you to search all content that is currently loaded into our help desk, and frequently asked questions.
- Type "how do i setup ship back to vendor"
- Click on Ask our AI
- Click on I generated this answer for you:…
