coreSTORE- Getting Started: Drop Shipping Setup Guide

We've made some improvements to streamline the process of managing drop ship items from other suppliers in coreSTORE. When processing an internet order that is in suspended sales, you can now indicate that the items are for dropship by clicking the "DS" box. If you want the system to save the address information in coreSTORE, you can click the truck icon to fill out the required details.

NOTE: Items designated for drop shipment do not require a serial number, as the actual item is not in your store or the system. Therefore, it will not update the bound book and inventory quantity (committed or quantity on hand).

1. Click on Company Settings
   

2. Click on search field and type "Drop Ship"
   

3. Check Allow Drop Ship:
   

4. Click on Save
   

5. Go back to your sale > Suspended sales and Click on Unsuspend
   

6. Check drop_ship checkbox to mark the item
   

7. Click on the truck icon to enter the fulfillment address

You can enter the fulfillment address per line item for reference so the system will save the information

8. Enter the address info
   

9. Click on Save
   

10. Now, you are ready to either suspend the sale or complete the sale
