coreSTORE - Getting Started: Configuring Online Payment Settings
Learn how to configure online payment settings in coreSTORE with this comprehensive guide. Streamline your payment process and ensure a smooth transaction experience for your customers.
NOTE: Ensure you are a coreCLEAR customer to utilize this feature
Click on Company
Click on Settings
Check Enable Online Payments under coreLEAR
E-Mail Daily Batch Reports To: Set up an email address to receive the batch reports by the end of the day
Payment Portal New Account Welcome Message: Create a welcoming message for new accounts on your payment portal, making a great first impression and providing essential information for a smooth start.
Click on Save
Click on your Account at the top right
Click on Go to e-commerce admin
Click on General Settings > Payment
Toggle on "Use coreSTORE Merchant Information" and Hit Save
This will ensure that the gateway is configured to send and receive online transactions
To send a payment link you can simply go t the Suspended Sales Dashboard
Click on E-Mail Payment Link
Click on OK and it's DONE!
