coreSTORE - Fulfillment: Missing From Address information

Error message when attempting fulfillment of an order.

1. How to fix this error?

2. Navigate to Company > Locations

3. Click "Edit"

4. Ensure that the Full Address and Address 1 fields are identical and formatted correctly.
