Learn how to create Special Order and Fulfillment records to notify customers when their items are ready for pick-up or shipment. This process ensures customers are promptly informed about the status of their orders.

1. Create a new sale by ringing up the item and the customer

2. Click on Special Order to suspend the sale

3. Click on OK

4. Click on the Fulfillment Dashboard to see the special record

5. Click the check box

6. Select Customer Notified

7. Click on OK
