Qualifying Events for e4473

This article explains how to create qualifying events and how to apply them to an e4473.

Create a qualifying event

Go to FFL > Qualifying Events.

Select New in the upper-right corner.

Enter a name and complete all relevant event details.

For example, you might create a gun show event at Lambeau Field.

Select Save.

Apply a qualifying event to an e4473

When completing Section C of the e4473, Question 25 includes a dropdown menu that allows you to select a saved qualifying event. Selecting an event automatically populates the associated information for improved accuracy and consistency.

Select the Select Saved Event (optional) dropdown.

Choose the appropriate event.

Verify that the information populates correctly and is complete. Then continue the e4473 process.
