coreSTORE - FFL: How to set ATF Agent Login Permissions for BOUND BOOK in coreSTORE

Logging in with the ATF Agent Permissions will put the system into "ATF MODE". This mode allows read-only access to the Bound Book and 4473 module.

1. Click on "Company > Employees" located on the left side menu.

2. Inside the Employee Module, click New Employee

3. Red Fields are required, Enter a First Name eg. ATF

4. Enter in an E-Mail, eg. ATF@atf.gov

5. Next, we need to enter the Employee Login Info section.

6. Red Fields are required, Enter a Username, eg. ATF

Fill in the Password and Password Again fields.

When you create an ATF agent account, you need to make sure that the password is strong and complex. This means including at least one number, one capital letter, one lower-case letter, and one symbol. Don't use a word from the dictionary or personal information like your name or birthday.

7. Click on Employee Permissions and Access

8. Click on BOUND BOOK

9. Select the following Options.

10. Bound Book: Add, Update, Delete, and Search Bound Book

• Note this will turn on most settings, you will need to uncheck these.

• ATF Mode

• Manage 4473

• Search Bound Book

11. Click Save
