coreSTORE - FFL: How to Enable the Background Check Process

When completing the background check section of the 4473, coreSTORE provides a convenient way to automatically pre-fill the customer's information on all state background check sites. This feature uses our coreFFL Chrome Extension to streamline the process. Refer to this article for setup instructions.

# How to install the coreFFL Chrome Extension

1. Click on Bound Book
   

2. Click on Manage 4473
   

3. Click on the coreFFL Chrome Extension Link
   

4. Add to Chrome
   

5. Pin the Extension

We recommend pinning the extension to your Chrome browser so that it can be easily accessed.

# How to ensure you have the correct background check site assigned to your coreSTORE

6. Click on Company
   

7. Click on Locations
   

8. Click on Edit
   

9. Click on BoundBook
   

10. Background Check

Select the appropriate background check site from the dropdown menu here. If you don't see your background check site in this list, please contact support!
