CoreSTORE - FFL: How to Create a New 4473

How to create a new 4473 for an existing order.

1. Go to the Suspended Sales Page

From the left hand menu select "Sales" and from the expanded menu select "Suspended Sales."

2. Locate the Order

Search for the order using the search field at the top of the page.

Searching by the sale number or customer name will likely produce the quickest results.

3. Unsuspend the Sale
   

4. Click on the existing 4473 ID

A pop up window will open when you click on this.

5. Select Create New 4473

Click on the text field in the pop up window.

This will open a drop down menu.

One of the options will be "Create new 4473"

Select that option and click on the check mark to the right of that field.

6. Suspend the sale

The new 4473 Id will not be displayed yet.

"Create new 4473" will be in the place of the ID.

Suspend the sale to generate the new 4473 ID.

Click "OK" when the confirmation pop up appears.

7. Receipt

The new QR code and 4473 ID will appear on the bottom of the receipt.

8. Go to Manage 4473
   

9. Locate the New 4473

The new 4473 will show as a line item in the Manage 4473 page.

The previous 4473 can be invalidated or closed as the FFL deems appropriate.
