coreSTORE - FFL: How to complete a Private Party Sale/Transfer
This knowledge base article is to include the steps to facilitate as a Firearms Dealer, a Private Party Sale of a Firearm from one person to another!
Step 1: You will want to open a New Transfer+ in the BoundBook>FFL Transfer Module.
Step 2: You will want to input in the FFL Transfer the Seller and the Buyer's information. If you do not have the Seller in as a Supplier in your coreSTORE, you can add the Seller by clicking the Add Supplier/FFL button next to the Type FFL# or Name field.
Step 3: You can add the Firearm/Firearms to the Transfer by either entering the UPC of an Inventory Item you already have a in your Inventory to allow the system to Autofill the information into the Transfer Dialog Firearm Search fields, or you can Add the New Item using the Item to your Inventory.
Step 4: Click Add Firearm after Completing all fields for each Firearm and then click Process when you are ready to create the Transfer Sale. (This will create a Transfer Suspended Sale in the Suspended Sale Screen and also a Firearm Transfer in the BoundBook>FFL Transfer Module).
