coreSTORE - FFL: Close a 4473


This guide will show you how to close a 4473 when a transaction has been cancelled after customer information has been collected.



  1. Open Menu


From the Manage 4473 page select the "3 Dot Menu" next to the 4473 you wish to close.

  1. Select "Close 4473"


A drop down menu will open. Select "Close 4473"

  1. Provide Reason


A text box will automatically open. Enter a brief description on why the 4473 is being closed.

  1. Press OK

  1. Status Updated


Return to Manage 4473. The status indicator for the selected 4473 should be black in color and show N/A.
