For FFLs with multiple locations, enabling this option will create a separate backup file for each store.

Enabling this feature will mark firearms in completed sales as "Pending" in the Bound Book, requiring further steps to finalize their disposition.

This setting is recommended if you have a compliance officer who's role is to double check all transactions prior to disposition.

Days Open for Business

To ensure proper 3310 calculations, check the boxes indicating the days your business operates.

NOTE: Business day settings for individual locations can be found in a different section.

Step 7 screenshot

Force All CAPS for ATF Forms

Checking this box will block customers from typing in lowercase while filling in ATF forms. We recommend setting this option.

Step 8 screenshot

Add Blank Page Between 4473 Versions

This option will insert a blank page between each 4473 during PDF creation so that when you print double-sided the first page of each version will be in front.

NOTE: This can also be set in the Location Settings page, if you have multiple locations in different states.

Step 12 screenshot

Prompt for Password to Override Waiting Period

When enabled this option will allow users to override the waiting period warning in order to complete a sale prior to the end of the waiting period.

Step 14 screenshot

When enabled the system will auto-invalidate a 4473 when a background check has reached its 30 day expiration.

NOTE: ATF requires a new background check after 30 days. We recommend creating a new 4473.

Automatically dispose a firearm when processing fulfillments in the Sales Screen.

NOTE: For users processing special orders and entering quantities to fulfill, there is typically a DISPOSE button on the sales screen. If the option is enabled, the system will automatically dispose of any fulfilled firearms when the user re-suspends or completes the transaction.
