coreSTORE - FFL - Accurate Gun Auctions

Welcome to our new integration called Accurate Gun Auctions- From Shelf To Sold In A Few Clicks.



AGA FAQ's

  1. What are AGA fee's? The fees for AGA depend on the amount of firearms that are sent for Auction. Example if the Auction is set for two weeks from now and they receive 5 or more firearms from the dealer they keep 12% of the selling price. if its 4 or less its 15%.

  1. What is the cost of sending a firearm to AGA? AGA covers the shipping for the dealer to send them the guns, this is done automatically.

  1. What happens if my firearm does not sell after having sent it to AGA? If a customers item does not auction after 3 attempts AGA will ship the item back to the dealer at no cost. However if the dealer wants the item back before the 3rd attempt there will be a 100.00 fee.


Here we will walk you through using AGA


  1. Click on Bound Book

  1. Choose your used firearms filter


You can either filter the firearms in your Bound Book, by clicking the filters at the top, or you can click the info icon for a pop-up. That pop-up will give you filter options, a basic explanation of workflow, and videos on how to utilize the new integration!


After clicking on one of the 4 filters here, your Bound Book will be filtered accordingly.

  1. Now the Bound Book will show firearms based on the filter you chose.


After checking the checkboxes for all the Bound Book entries that you wish to send, click the Send to Accurate Gun Auctions to start the process.

  1. Click on Send to Auction


After sending the firearm(s) to AGA through the Bound Book, click on Accurate Gun Auctions module under the FFL menu.


If an employee does not have permission to view AGA then clicking this module with give an error.

  1. Send to Auction Information


After clicking the Send to Auction button fill in the information regarding the firearms that you are sending. Your FFL information is automatically filled in by coreSTORE,

  1. Select Your Box


Input all the information for the box and the weight of this shipment.


You can choose a predefined box or you can manually enter the information.


Ensure that the serial number(s) match the firearms you intend to send to AGA.

  1. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Click on Save


After clicking the Save button and filled in all required information the firearm will will be sent to the Accurate Gun Auction dashboard.

Once you send a firearm to the AGA Dashboard you should be automatically redirected to the dashboard. If you do not have permission to access the AGA Dashboard then contact your administrator or business owner to grant the permission.


Now that you and the firearm are on the AGA Dashboard, find the firearm that was just sent with a pending Bound Book status. Check the checkbox at the beginning of the record and that will show your action buttons at the top.

  1. Click on Print Shipping Labels


When you are ready to ship the firearm and the checkbox for that record is checked, click on the Print Shipping Labels button to connect to Easy Post and generate the shipping label based on the box information from step 6.

coreSTORE will connect to Easy Post and and generate the shipping label. If everything is setup properly then the system will automatically pop-up a print dialog box so you can print easily.

  1. Click on Marked as Shipped


Once the shipping label has been created and the product has left, come back to the AGA dashboard, check all the records that have been shipped and click the Marked as Shipped button.

  1. Check the Bound Book Status and the Auction Status


After the record is marked as shipped using the action button in the last step, coreSTORE will automatically update the Bound Book Status and record to Disposed and the Auction Status to Shipped.

  1. Mark as Completed


Once the firearm has been sold through AGA the status will changed to SOLD and in 10 business days you will receive payment. Then you will want to update the status as complete to show you have collected payment from AGA.
