coreSTORE - FFL: 4473 Warning settings in coreSTORE
Below is the warning that will pop up at the closing of a sale that tells you the associated 4473 is not complete. There are 2 settings that change this warning, this is what it looks like by default before any settings are changed.
The first setting that alters this warning is "Override 4473 Warning During a Sale." This setting is found in Company > Settings > Bound book. Checking this box will get rid of the warning altogether. The default setting is for it to be unchecked.
The second setting is in Employee>Permissions>Boundbook called "Override 4473 Warning." When this box is checked, the options "no, yes" are what appear on the warning at the closure of a sale. This is the default setting.
When unchecked, the only option is "okay." This is a full stop and the employee cannot close the sale without the 4473 being complete. Since this is a setting that needs to be specifically set for each employee, you may have different settings for different employees. For example, your managers could have this setting checked and have the ability to close a sale without 4473 completion, whereas a basic sales employee would not.
