coreSTORE - FAQ's: Why can't I delete a sale?
There are instances when trying to delete a sale transaction will fail.
If you’re trying to delete a sale and receive an error message saying the deletion was unsuccessful, it’s likely because the void and refund credit card option is enabled, but the payment was already refunded. To verify, go to the coreCLEAR tab and look up all transactions using the last four digits of the card.
