coreSTORE - FAQs: What to check if the system did not create a 3310 Form
Is the 4473 competed?
Did you use the "Submit Section C" button when completing section C?
Are there serial numbers on the order/s?
Are the order/s completed?
Are the guns disposed?
Did you dispose to the same person?
Does the person have multiple profiles?
Does the disposition information match?
Is there a license number in the customer record > ID tab?
Is there a state listed in the customer record > ID tab?
Is there a sale ID in the disposition?
Is there a 4473 ID in the disposition?
If the answer is yes, there way be a glitch and will need to refer to an agent on CRISP to attempt to trace why coreSTORE did not generate a 3310.
Next, Attempt to create a 3310 using the create option in the 3-dot menu, you will still need one made to be compliant. Even if it the 3310 generates this way, we still want to refer it so it can be researched to find out why it did not autogenerate.
If the answer to all the above is yes and you cannot create a 3310 through the 3-dot menu then this needs to be referred to an agent on CRISP as a priority to be resolved immediately as the dealer must make this report to the ATF by the end of the same day.
