coreSTORE - Employees: The Employee Dashboard
The Employee Dashboard allows you to configure and customize the columns to display relevant information according to your needs. It also includes features such as Excel Export, Email sending, printing mailing labels, cloning employee records, and modifying and deleting employees.
Click on the Company Module
Click on Employees
Click the gear icon on the right side
Check the box to enable/disable
Enabling the checkbox will allow you to view the selected item in the dashboard.
Drag the highlighted link up and down to rearrange the column
In the Employee Dashboard, Select the checkbox to the left
Click on E-Mail if you would like to send an email to this employee
The system will redirect you to the default Email provider on your computer
Click on Mailing Labels
This will enable you to generate mailing labels based on the address information stored in the account.
Click on Excel Export
This allows you to export a spreadsheet for your employee list
If you need to Delete an Employee Account, Click On Delete
Click on OK
Need to undelete the employee? Click the 3 dot menu in the Employee Dashboard
Click on Manage Deleted Employees
Check the checkbox
Click on Undelete
Click on OK unless Click Cancel if needed
Click Done to go back to the Employee Dashboard
Need to Clone an Employee? Click on the 3 dot menu next to Edit
Click on Clone Employee
Fill out the Basic Information > Set up Employee Login Info > Grant access and permission > Save
Access and permissions granted by one employee should automatically apply to the cloned employee.
Click on the Company Module
Click on Employees
Click the gear icon on the right side
