coreSTORE - Employees: Importing Employees Using Excel Files

The Template for Existing Employees can be utilized for mass employee updates.

The Template for New Employees allows you to efficiently add multiple employees to the system without the need for manual entry.

  1. Select Choose from the file upload menu


After entering the data into the spreadsheet, you are ready to upload the saved file.


Click on "Choose File" to open your file explorer. Select the appropriate saved file and click "Open" to upload.

  1. Click Yes/No to move on to the final step

  1. Click on Complete Excel Import

  1. You are DONE importing the file! Hooray!


Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation message in the top right corner.


Please be aware: A green box indicates success, while a yellow box signals an error. Please pay attention to these messages.
