coreSTORE - Employees: How to Reset an Employee Password
In this guide we will cover resetting an employee password in case it was lost, or forgotten.
Click on Company
Click on Employees
Click on Edit
Click on Employee Login Info Tab
Click on the password field set a generic password and confirm it in the field just below.
Click on the PIN field to set a PIN for the employee that can be used to switch users once a user has logged in with their password. Then confirm the pin in the field just below.
Check Force Password Change Upon Login:
Click on Save
Click on Company
