coreSTORE - Employees: How to Access the Employee Logs

The employee log-in coreSTORE is a valuable tool for reviewing employee login activity. It provides a complete audit trail, including timestamps and IP addresses for each login, helping you keep track of who accessed the system and when. This ensures transparency and accountability in managing user access.

1. Click on the Company Module
   

2. Click on Employees
   

3. To View the Employee Log, Click on the 3 dot menu
   

4. Click on View Employee Log
   

5. Search by Employee Name

Allows you to search for records using the employee's name to specifically see their login activity

6. Search on a specific date range by clicking the Start Date and End Date
   

7. Click on Search to view the results
   

8. You can now review the login logs

The logs have details such as employee names, timestamps, and IP addresses
