coreSTORE - Employees: Creating a Permission Template in coreSTORE

Employee permission templates in coreSTORE help streamline the process of managing user access by assigning predefined sets of permissions based on job roles. These templates ensure employees have the right access to the tools they need, enhancing security and efficiency. By using permission templates, you can quickly and easily onboard new employees and manage existing user permissions with confidence.

1. Click on Company > Employees

2. Click on 3 dot menu at top right

3. Click on Permission Templates

4. Click on New Permission Template

5. Type the Template name, e.g: "Sales Associate"

6. Check the Modules to add permissions[]

7. Check or uncheck the checkbox based on the permissions you want to grant

8. Check permissions

9. Click on Save
