coreSTORE - Employee PIN
This article will give you the basics of where to use your new PIN.
- Initial Login
When you or an employee initially login to coreSTORE you must use your full password, not your PIN.
- Open / Change Register or Switch User
There are 2 ways for a box like this, so far, to be triggered. When you open or change your register as an employee and when you switch a user from one to another. When you see a box like this pop-up you can use your full password or, if you have one, your PIN.
- Click on Save
When the password or PIN is entered, click save to open the register or switch employees.
- Where else
The only times that coreSTORE requires the full password is on initial login or if you don't have a PIN setup for your employee.
If your employee does not already have a PIN set, follow these setps
- Click on Company > Employees, search for the employee in question.
- Click on the Employee Login Info tab
- Add the PIN in the PIN and Confirm PIN fields, then click save.
