coreSTORE - Employee PIN

This article will give you the basics of where to use your new PIN.


  1. Initial Login


When you or an employee initially login to coreSTORE you must use your full password, not your PIN.

  1. Open / Change Register or Switch User


There are 2 ways for a box like this, so far, to be triggered. When you open or change your register as an employee and when you switch a user from one to another. When you see a box like this pop-up you can use your full password or, if you have one, your PIN.

  1. Click on Save


When the password or PIN is entered, click save to open the register or switch employees.

The only times that coreSTORE requires the full password is on initial login or if you don't have a PIN setup for your employee.


If your employee does not already have a PIN set, follow these setps


  1. Click on Company > Employees, search for the employee in question.

  1. Click on the Employee Login Info tab

  1. Add the PIN in the PIN and Confirm PIN fields, then click save.
